Ciara Unfollows Keri Hilson On Twitter

U.S R&B singer Ciara has reportedly unfollowed Keri Hilson's Twitter account after she made comments about her low album sales on popular radio show Power 105.1.

Ciara, whose latest efforts Basic Instinct entered the US album chart at number 44, is said to have deleted Hilson from her twitter friend list after she made this comment at Power 105.1: "I would like to do higher that 35k - I mean anyone would."

Ciara later responded on twitter: "Hear that a newcomer to power 105.1 morning show is really into talking about me! I love it! Keep promoting me! Glad 2 know i mean that much."

She later added: "While were off to this good day, let's have a toast to the douche bags, and have a toast for the assholes!"

Hilson's second album No Boys Allowed is predicted to sell 100,000 copies this week.

Ciara Confirms Kim Kardashian's Music Career

R&B singer Ciara has revealed that bestie Kim Kardashian is planning a music career.

Ciara told MTV: "I told her if she needs me, I'm here. She really, really is fascinated with the music video process and stuff like that. She's a very, very glamorous girl."

"She really loves that whole idea, and so she joked about it like, 'I wanna shoot a music video, but I don't want people to take it too serious. I would just like to have fun with it'."

Ciara Disappointed With Album Sales

The Atlanta born singer Ciara, whose fourth studio album Basic Instinct is set to sell 35,000 copies in the US this week, is said to be disappointed with projected sales.

Ciara told Associated Press, "Even though my last album didn't do as well as my previous ones, I was still able to go out and make money and tour".

"Every day is not always the perfect day. Artists that I have loved and admired, who have had a long career, have not had every record or song or video that was always the right choice."

When asked if she was concerned about the sales for the album, she replied: "Selling records is becoming smaller fraction of branding and building a long-lasting career. You can sell a lot of records, but can you tour? You can sell records, but where does it go beyond that? That's a part of building a brand for yourself."

"If you can walk away from your career and are successful touring, you'll always be straight. Artists like Madonna have been doing it for years. She may put out one single, do a tour and gross over $200 million."
