Jessica Biel and Gerard Butler have become close while filming the movie 'Playing the Field.'"Playing the Field" may be more than just the name of Jessica Biel and Gerard Butler's upcoming movie.
According to reports, the single stars are doing just that ? with each other.
Biel, 29, and Butler, 41, were photographed going for a joy ride down California's Pacific Coast Highway on the back of the actor's motorcycle over the weekend.
Both wore helmets and dark sunglasses, but remained recognizable with the actress' arms wrapped around Butler as he steered the bike.
The outing comes after rumors claimed the co-stars were cozying up on the set of their movie, which filmed in recent months in Shreveport, La.

Reps for the stars dismissed reports of a budding romance, but one witness told People.com "they looked like a couple" during a cast and crew dinner held before filming even began.
Butler "has a large personality, and everyone, including Jessica, gets caught up in his world," a source told the site. ""I think they enjoyed each other's company."
"It can be hard working on a movie, trying to establish a new routine," the insider explained, "and it helps when you have someone with you to make you feel more normal."
In March, Biel and longtime boyfriend Justin Timberlake revealed they had split after four years together. Butler has been linked to a bevy of women over the years, including former co-star Jennifer Aniston.
